Rakuten is a cash-back company in the US. Customers can receive FREE Cash Back on their purchases, saving $100s annually! My job was to create motion graphics and get new customers to sign up for Rakuten by showcasing the merchants, products, and FREE CASH available through their service. The focus was to have a fun/quirky tone following the Rakuten Brand Guidelines. I avoid heavy gradients and stick to solid colors or very slight gradients. The result is a clean animation that is eye-catching and easy to digest.
