





The manual detailed the execution of every task within the Design Department, providing clear guidelines and emphasizing key principles to safeguard brand consistency.


During my tenure as Head of the Design Department at La Verdad Newspaper (2018–2019), I developed the company’s official Design Manual, a comprehensive guide aimed at preserving the brand’s visual identity across all print and digital platforms. The manual established clear design standards, detailed workflows, and practical guidelines for the Design team, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and long-term brand coherence even beyond my leadership. This project not only strengthened the newspaper’s visual presence but also laid the foundation for a sustainable and professional design culture within the organization.
